Data Scientists at TokenSmart turn raw signals from the network — query traces, provider performance, market dynamics — into the decisions that shape product and pricing. You will work closely with engineering and operations to build the analytics foundation we need to scale.
What you'll do
- Define metrics, build dashboards, and run experiments that drive product and operational decisions.
- Model provider performance, query routing, and pricing dynamics using production data.
- Partner with engineering to instrument new features and make them measurable from day one.
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a data scientist, analytics engineer, or quantitative researcher.
- Strong SQL and Python; comfort with modern data warehouses and notebook workflows.
- Solid grounding in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference.
- Bonus: experience with marketplaces, two-sided networks, or LLM evaluation.
