Members of Technical Staff at TokenSmart work end-to-end across the stack — research, infrastructure, and product — to ship the next generation of decentralized LLM systems. You will design protocols, write production code, and partner directly with researchers to turn ideas into deployed features.
What you'll do
- Design and ship features across the orchestrator, agent provider, and frontend.
- Build the privacy, attestation, and dispatch primitives that route queries to the right providers.
- Collaborate with research and operations to take experiments from prototype to production.
- Own systems end-to-end: write the spec, build it, instrument it, and keep it running.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience building production systems at scale.
- Strong fluency in at least one of: distributed systems, applied cryptography, ML infrastructure, or systems programming.
- Comfort working across the stack and switching contexts as the work demands.
- Bias toward shipping; a track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end.
